The Labour Party Gubernatorial Candidate Hon. Tawfiq Tayo Akinwale on Tuesday 15th of November, 2022 was in Oluyole LG for familiarization and strategic Campaign meeting with Coalition for Better Nigeria Movement (CBNM) and other stakeholders in the Local Government.
The meeting which saw members of the CBNM across 22 Local Governments of the state in attendance was also an avenue for the Gubernatorial candidate to extend his campaign to the Oluyole LG with major stakeholders from the Local government in attendance.
Also in attendance is a member of the Labour Party Presidential Campaign Committee member as a Convener and the Labour Party State House of Assembly Candidate for the Oluyole Hon. Okunlola Oluwatoyin Elizabeth.
Although the Gubernatorial Candidate was unavoidably absent in the strategic meeting due to another official function he was duly represented at the meeting.
Representing the Gubernatorial Candidate, the Deputy State Chairman, Director of Admin for the Gubernatorial Campaign, presented the SIMPLE agenda of the Guber and urged the group and stakeholders to be partners in progress with Labour Party. He informed them that Labour Party belongs to all Nigerians and is the only hope for Nigerians at the moment.
Mr. Kayode Atolani urged them to vote for all Labour Party Candidates top to bottom to enable the dividend of democracy the people at all tiers of government. This was also reemphasized by the Labour Party Candidate of the State House of Assembly for Oluyole LG.
The Stakeholders declared their support for the Labour Party Gubernatorial Candidate and other Candidates both at State and Federal levels and prayed that the election be a successful one for Labour Party.
While appreciating the people for their support, the representative of the Guber Mr. Kayode Atolani informed them that he will deliver their messages to the guber and assured them that guber will come again to the local government in full force for mass campaign.
