What do Men really benefit from marriage?

 Nothing good!!!

1. He is 72 years old.

2. He has retired from active service.

3. He worked all his life to raise his children.

4. He deprived himself of life's pleasures to pay for expensive school fees and living expenses for his children abroad.

5. They are now well-off in Europe, Australia, and America.

6. His wife, aged 62, has relocated to live with their children.

7. He remains alone back in Nigeria.

8. His children barely call him.

9. He has to start life all over again as a bachelor.

10. He struggles with high blood pressure and other ailments associated with old age.

11. How much longer will he survive alone?

12. This is the reality for most working-class monogamous men: their old age is often lonely and, in many cases, sad.

13. No matter how good the man is, women tend to love their children more than their husbands. The older he gets, the less use they seem to have for him.

14. So, what do men truly benefit from marriage?

15. They sacrifice so much but receive little recognition for their hard work, while the woman seems to reap all the benefits.

It’s a man’s world they said but for the women and children in reality. 

Dear men, this could be your situation in the next few decades. What are you doing about it? What is your retirement plan? Care for your self as much as you fend for your family. Love yourself. God bless you.

WHY MEN SHOULD PREPARE THEMSELVES TO HANDLE WOMEN WHO ARE OVER 40

When some Women turn 40 or 50 years, something major shifts in their personality. 

They become bolder, more rebellious, more religious, more focused, more opinionated and more emphatic about what they want.

Don’t be surprised when a previously obedient and submissive Woman on turning 40/50 changes completely.

Most especially when she had given birth to Children. 

At this age, she may not go with the flow anymore, she may begin to ask some questions :   

      -  Is sex food?

      -  Query some of your instructions

      -  Even the way you behave. 

She will also become more outspoken and will not be afraid to speak her mind. 

If care is not taken, you may have to do for yourself :

     -  Dry cleaning 

     -  Preparing food to eat 

Because it might take her more time before she responds to your request.

There is something definitely special about turning 40/50 for Women.

If she has never challenged or questioned your instructions, get ready to be shocked by her boldness and confrontational attitude.

The only way to avoid total breakdown of Peace and Harmony in the home is for Men to become fair, objective and reasonable in their approaches to issues at home and/or at work.

Men should bear in mind that at this age, Women also harbour lots of regrets about the decisions they have made in life so far ... Their Husbands may be one of them!

A woman at this age is a better Judge of character and will evaluate a Man using very different & weird parameters.

Men must start on time to prepare for this phase in the lives of their Wives/Partners/Bosses/Subordinates. 

What you put in is what you get!

If you have treated her fairly, then you don’t have anything to worry about. 

She will begin to appreciate you better if for any reason she didn’t do so in the past. 

On the contrary if you haven’t been nice to her, fasten your seatbelt, the ride is about to get pretty bumpy.

A Woman doesn’t forget those who hurt her, and by her actions and utterances you will know that she is out to show you that she is no longer that little girl you married.. 

For young men, It might help to learn these early in life. 

Husband- A king and Labourer/Commoner

Some 23 years ago I went to my Father's office to collect monies for some school supplies including books. His Orderly asked that I wait that my Dad was in a certain rush but I had to go back to Ekpoma from Benin the same day so I walked into the office. I saw the rush as he was standing to leave, but seeing me he had to attend to my needs. My father is or was not one who would give you money without justification, so he scrutinised my list and I defended every kobo. Suddenly his doors was pushed open and I heard his loud voice..... Morning Sir, it was his Boss, the Commissioner of Police Edo state.

CP: Mr. Eboigbe you must be an idiot 

Dad: Yes Sir

CP: How dare you keep me waiting, are you normal?

Dad: I am very sorry Sir.

CP: I better not get to my office before you....... and the semi illiterate, poor diction, ill mannered young Man with harsh northern accent went on hurling insults on my Dad, while he stood at attention. 

Without looking at me, my Dad said Son wait for me at home.

Seeing the great Alpha Male, King and Supreme Ruler of his household in that state broke me. My journey back home was tormentous and depressing. 

Later in life I came to my own realities that The King must submit outside his Kingdom to bring bread to the table. 

Today's post is not about my Dad, for the old man has retired and he is enjoying his retirement his own way. 

This post is about the Husband - King and Commoner and an awakening in the hearts of those he fights for.

The only place in the world where a Man is truly a King is his home and as soon as he steps out in search of daily bread he automatically becomes a commoner; he begs, he weeps, he is insulted, sometimes humiliated and humbled. He Kneels before lesser Men, demeaned by Clients, Superiors, Customers, Employers etc. All these he takes undignified but internally proud knowing that it is in and by his submission that bread is guaranteed on the table of his family. He knows that submission is the SURVIVOR'S APPARATUS.

When labour is over, he picks himself up adorning his Kingly Robes and returns to his Kingdom.  

When he returns and if he returns, *those in his kingdom* must help remind him, that here is his kingdom where he reigns supreme, as *Husband, Father and King!*

ACIS-M SUPPORTS the Declaration of denunciation of the International Relations Commission of the National Assembly of People's Power of the Republic of Cuba before a new maneuver by the European Parliament

We have learned to our disgust that a small group of MEP’s servile to Washington have placed an item on the agenda of the next plenary session of the European Parliament (8 June) regarding the “Political Situation and Human Rights in Cuba”.

They are seeking the adoption of a resolution against our country based on distortion of the reality we are living; they are determined to sever the bonds that unite us with the European Union and to block implementation of the Political Dialogue and Cooperation Agreement currently being negotiated on the basis of mutual respect and equality between our states.

Such actions come as no surprise to us; they reflect the double standards, the discriminatory approach that is their hallmark.

They feign concern for human rights in Cuba, a free, independent, sovereign, democratic nation that embraces social justice and human solidarity, whose people decide their destinies and where - based on an inviolable principle enunciated by José MartÍ and enshrined in our constitution - the first law of the Republic is the Cubans’ cult of the full dignity of Man.

It is strange that, being so exercised by the human rights situation in Cuba, they have not convened the European Parliament to consider the main violation of human rights suffered by our people, namely the genocidal blockade imposed on our country for the last 62 years and intensified to incredible levels in the midst of a pandemic and a global economic crisis; a blockade which also affects European citizens - notably their entrepreneurs.

They are also acting in total indifference to flagrant violations of such rights in America and other countries, some European, which during the last 12 months have seen a rising trend in police brutality, the application of policies that discriminate against migrants, speeches inciting hatred and promoting supremacist ideas, curtailment of freedom of the press and freedom of expression, accompanied by manifestations of racism, xenophobia and other forms of intolerance.

Be aware that those behind this maneuver do not represent the totality of the MEPs. These politicized exercises serve external interests seeking to compromise the EU’s autonomy in matters of foreign policy.

Husband and wife decided to attend a new church, the husband drives in an expensive car valued #25,000.000.00 , each day they arrive church the husband will alight first, then he will move to the passenger seat to open the car for his wife to alight, 

The practice of opening the car for his wife continued over time, later other women in the church began to envy the woman, accordingly they began to challenge their poor husbands at home for not treating them like the man who opens car for his wife, that after all, the man is rich yet treats his wife like a queen.

It became a serious issue in some families. While women were praising the man , the men regarded him as foolish man. When the matter got to the man's notice,, he requested permission from the pastor to address the church and his permission was granted

He said:

 The reason I open the car for my wife is because the car lock is faulty and can only be opened from outside, it will cost me about #500,000.00 to fix because it has a security chain that connects other systems in the car and I do not have such money now. It is not my normal style to open car door for my wife, we are just managing the car problem.
