The Executive Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Adeleke has rejoiced with the Commissioner for Justice and the Attorney–General of the state,Oluwole Jimi–Bada Esq. on the auspicious occasion of his birthday, celebrating his remarkable contributions to entrenching justice in our society. 

Governor Adeleke reckons with admiration Jimi–Bada's unique approach to navigating through challenging times, applauding his sense of creativity and alertness of mind in handling complex legal matters.

The Governor who commends Bada for the quality of legal advice and guidance for the administration so far, added that his persuasive skill and sound legal presentations has not only guided his cabinet in avoiding legal traps in making decisions but also undo past errors.

"On this auspicious occasion, I warmly celebrate the Commissioner for Justice and Attorney–General of the state, Oluwole Jimi–Bada Esq. Barrister Bada's birthday brings back memories of his capacity and zeal for service, which are outstanding," the Governor was quoted to have said in a congratulatory message.

"Barrister Bada is resourceful and offers a refreshing insight on what dedication to the service of the people should look like. From legal perspective and moral support, Barrister Bada has shown to be capable and dependable.

Adulating the frontline monarch as he celebrates his birthday today, the state Governor who is the awaiting Asiwaju of Edeland affirms that Oba Lawal is ‘a repository of wisdom’ and 'a manifestation of the best in the nation's traditional institutions, declaring "our royal father embodies all that is good in the royal class, within and outside the country.”

Governor Adeleke Salutes ex-Governor Oyinlola on his Birthday

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has congratulated an ex-Governor Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola on the occasion of his birthday.

Oyinlola served as the governor of the state between 2003 and 2010.

How Omoyele Sowore's Maternal Grandfather Pa Olawoye Recorded Sowore's birthdate

Omoyele Sowore, a renown activist and presidential candidate of the African Action  Congress both in 2019 and 2023 general elections has revealed how his birth date was recorded in 1971 by his maternal grandfather.

While many of our leaders and political officeholders either doctored their age or declear that their birth dates are known, Sowore publihed the raw data as was written by his maternal grandfather Pa John Olawoye.

 This was how Omoele Sowore mum’s dad (my grandfather on the maternal side) recorded my birth in Yoruba Language back in 1971. He was a brilliant and handsome guy with nice handwriting, unfortunately he passed on not too long after I was born. His name was and still remains, John Olawoye!
