 I AM WATER

I am water

I'm the delight

Of all kids 

To Play with

In all ages

I am water 

I am friendly 

Quench your thirst

I satisfied wholly 

Seasons and times

I am water 

Take your bath

Cook your food

At your services 

I am useful

I am water

Truly really gentle 

Friend to all

I fight none

I've goodly currents 

I am water

Stretch out arms

Swim for pleasure

And good health

Swim for medals

I am water

The God's Spirit 

Hovers over me

I am live

From the ancient

I'm raining water

Rinsing the earth

For bountiful harvest 

I sustained all

Plants and animals

I am water

Abode to endless

Species of creatures

Celebrating in deeps

Operating in colonies

I am water

Easy going always

Never loose guard

Dare me at

Your own perils

I'm 'flowing water

I am resilient 

I am persistent

Never give up 

Breaking the rocks

I am water

I'm not destructive

Obstacles and refuses

On my route

Are the evils

I am water 

of great rivers 

Arere and araba

Of rambling trees

Can't withstand me

 

I am water

In every fight 

Destructive fury fire

Overwhelmed by shame 

Bows before me

 

I am water

I spare none 

In my path 

For I'm water

With forceful currents

I'm deep water

Speaking to deeps

Let the deeps

Drink from roaring

Deep deep water

Poem for my students

Like a Shepherd,

The LORD leads the humbles

To the still and clean waters

Satisfying souls till eternity,

Lead me oh Lord.

Like a rock of living springs

Is everlasting arms upholding the just

Never will they be moved

From age to age before foes

They are Shepherd's delight.

Like a sheep in Shepherd's arms,

Guide, protect and provide,

Lead and direct in pleasure pastures

That lack and want be away

Dear Lord I pray.
