ENCOUNTER WITH FULANI HERDSMEN BY BOLAJI AKINYEMI; ‘THEY HAVE NO TIME THREATENING ANYBODY, THEY ACT, IN TERROR BUT THEY ARE NOT TERRORISTS

Let me start by reminding you that bandits are not enemies of Nigeria like Nmadi Kanu and Sunday Igboho, who are unable to set an APC on fire, don’t misquote me o, I meant Armoured Personnel Carrier, nor shot down an Airforce jet fighter. Their nuisances is getting too much and Baba is pretty uncomfortable. Kanu is always ranting and talking like a Parrot, his talks are threats to national security. Igboho’s street possessions are disturbing the quietness of the Villa, so much so that the foot sounds of the crowds is terrorizing the country and makes it impossible for “Baba oni bàbà'” to sleep, haba! ? fi oro ro ara yín wo now, ?e bí ?yin na ni Baba?

Herdsmen are foot soldiers of the bandits, a very respectful group giving Government no reasons to worry, but citizens, every reason to. Like they say, it’s different strokes for different folks!

Bandits are friends of Nigeria, they are not hiding in the comfort of London, nor roaming the streets of Nairobi, but in the forests of Nigeria with all its adverse effects, strategizing and laboring to help us achieve a “ONE NIGERIA” .

They have no time threatening anybody, they act, in terror but they are not terrorists; killing, kidnapping, sacking villages, hosting their Emirates flags and conducting peaceful local government elections, no ballot box snatching, everything went well without the fear of any “Oluomo” and his road masters. Moment from now you will have reasons to compare their elections with the one holding in Lagos today.

They are not economic saboteurs, they just collect farming permits to the knowledge of Nigerian Army, and if you don’t pay and go to farm, don’t hold the army or our government responsible for whatever happens to you. They are not docile like former Governor of Osun, whose State of Osun brand couldn’t be perpetuated after him. Now as Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola who proposed a new marriage levy lacks the courage to enforce it. Trust Sheikh Gumi’s brethren, “àw?n eleyi”, you pay marriage levies at gun point, if not the bride and the groom will be whisked into the jungle of banditry. May be the Honorable Minister should consult them as per operational model to help increase IGR, at least results terminate insults and they are having results.

Herdsmen are a very caring tribes, animal friendly too, if not for them, you people would have been treating goats, sheep and cows as animals don’t have the right of way in the jungle, but no way, they are standing up for animals against humans leading hungry herds just to feed on labors of farmers in your homelands, and you people are shouting, ” ?e kí ?ran ma j?un ní”; in a jungle of no justice?

They are not like Sunday Igboho making noise in cities in the name of rallies, but when they show up in the city at your house garden only God will help you as He did me.

I had reasons to be in Abuja, I didn’t say Abaji, read me clearly, Abuja FCT, and was accommodated in a beautiful duplex in the elitist area of Wuse, overlooking Sheraton hotel. I was in my room when I heard a gun shot, worried though, but felt there should be no need to, because of the presence of the mobile policemen, how wrong I was, a noise followed after some 10 minutes. I became uncomfortable and needed to find out what the issues were. I left my room and went outside towards the garden where the noise was coming from and some Fulani leaders were raging in anger and an associate of my friend who accommodated me was literally prostrating to them, they were breathing fire and brimstone demanding for the policeman who fired the shot. The boasting was out of this world; their “Sheu Garuba”, (they also have a spokesman) said; “I have called the Commissioner of police for FCT, to confirm posting policemen to this garden, I have called the IGP, an explanation must be given for this! I was lost with the daring boldness of private citizen demanding that we should hand the officer of the state who fired the shot to him for punishment. Call it effrontery occasions by impunity? He went further, “who does the owner of the house think he is”? No Governor can dare us”. All these he said through an interpreter to my hearing, I couldn’t bear his intoxication of Buhari’s administration’s nepotism. I respected myself and left him and went to the officer who fired the shot to ask for what really happened, he told me of the consistency of the herdsmen grazing their herds in the garden.

He said they have had it tough stopping them. But today he asked them to move their herds out of the garden and in the moment of argument a boy made a sound, whatever that meant to the cow, they all turned towards him (the officer). He of course was trying to beat a retreat when he fell down and the rifle discharged and the bullet hit one of the cows on the leg. Herdsmen don’t joke, the cow will need surgery to have the bullet remove. Thank God the idea of the best veterinary center in the world never crossed their mind, we would have been talking in thousands of dollars during negotiations for compensation. Please, avoid herdsmen o, only payments settled the matter. While bandits are collecting ransom for evils against you and not the “state”, herdsmen are getting compensation for grazing their herds on your farm and garden. What a tribal consolidation!

President Muhammadu Buhari, Sir, this was how it started in Igangan, it is now at your backyard. A resolvable crisis was left to fester, the Presidency kept quiet while your people had upper hand, until things went out of hands. Mr President Sir, for fear of reprisal attack which your people are known for, you can only imagine the demand they make for compensation, while they pay nothing for damages done to farms and gardens.

May I appeal to all Nigerians at home an in diaspora, to please, lend their voices to our cry. We are not talking about some remote village on the backside of Osun State but Wuse Zone 3, FCT Abuja, not about a maize farm, but the beautification effort of an individual, we are not talking about an illiterate farmer but an educated and respectable citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria! It is about time we rise and be supported by the global communities to tell our President to help us beg his people.

They are not like Kanu and Igboho, dissidents who must not be tolerated for any reasons whatsoever, neither are they like someone who have to travel all the way to Atlanta to perform money alert miracle, but probably still collected offerings in the same meeting. This guys are great, they stay in the forest and “monies” are delivered in Obi Cubana’s mode; CASH! You don’t have to show your phone screen on camera, even Thomas’s had their mouth agape at the sight of “ape ká nu ko”, apology to Professor Ebenezer Obey.

Don’t come here proving the first University in Nigeria is in Ibadan, or that the first TV station in Africa was built in “show sure”. Just keep it to yourself that an Igbo man was the first to buy himself out of slavery to freedom. We are not talking about education and civilization, but native Arabian intelligence of Mansa Musa era with which tribes were subjugated and their territories taken, and no Governor in Nigeria can match Nasir El-Rufai when it comes to subtle advocacy for his tribe, and he is absolutely in support of this position of mine that bandits have never challenged the sovereignty of Nigeria or the authority of Mr President as the Commander In Chief of the Armed forces! So, I don’t want any low I.Q person to come here to say what is not. Just help us beg Mr President and his people to let us be!

By Bolaji O. Akinyemi, July 04, 2021

We should have known we were emboldening our monster against ourselves when we let it loose against others

The beauty of a democratic society is its penchant for the rule of law. For this, our founding fathers craved when in hope of it, they fought for freedom from our colonial masters opting for self rule. The generation after them who were nursed and nurtured for leadership from the dividends of self rule through regional arrangements in a working federation will not put up with the hijack of power by the military. They fought till they saw the military back to the barracks but not out of power.

Militocracy was given in exchange to us for democracy by the reason of decrees they renamed the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; this document is a folly, but the foolishness it dispenses par time is a function of personality of its operators, particularly, the President, the head of the Judiciary and most importantly the heads of the Legislative arms in the office of the Senate President and Speaker, house of representatives. This aberration is the tint of religion upon our secular state.

The weakness of our constitution is often seen through the high handedness of the office of the President, little surprise that Muhammadu Buhari has left no one in doubt of his being an alien to the spirit of democracy. Our desperate need for change concealed the despotic tendencies of our new President. Even when the news broke out that our President had given order for the quarters of some judges to be invaded in the middle of the night in a gestapo manner, "we had it accommodated under the deception of fighting corruptions in the judiciary". Some of us saw the hand writing on the wall and warned that we are heading for dangerous times, knowing that our rights in a democracy will amount to nothing if we fail to stand up for those who should stand up for us. The instrument of the defense of the common man through our courts was damaged when judges' homes were invaded in manner we are yet to adopt at dealing with known criminals thereby truncating our collective desires for peace. Miyetti Allah, unlike our judges, has openly admitted carrying out attacks on certain communities and persons without any consequences.

We should have known we were emboldening our monster against ourselves when we let it loose against others. Boko Haram are known terrorists by global index and so consequently, are criminals by global standards, but not in Nigeria!  Committing crime is not what makes people criminals under this Government, but your tribe and religion. The nepotism of this administration reaches to the highest heaven, so much more that tribes that are not Fulani are criminalized, so, whatever those other tribes do, is a crime! Whereas Fulanis, as 1st class citizens, are conferred with justice whatever their doings; right or wrong, the rest of us must look away like our President, while we hail, sai Baba! For Fulanis from any where in the world, are fathers the moment they step on Nigeria's soil as our ancestral lands are  'gifts' from their god to their father, Uthman Dan Fodio and ourselves, slaves bequeath to farm our lands for their cows. A hundred of us is not worth one of their cows, I don't see what Kanu have said in his anger that can equate this generational provocation made to a people forbidden to be!

Boko Haram, with just a little over 30,000 murders unanswered for from 2002, had the privilege of their welfare discussed on the floor of the senate, raised by their Senator. Till today, they are still repenting and getting integrated into our national life. But a mention of the agitation of Indigenous People of Biafra who are fed to dancing pythons and smiling crocodiles is forbidden in the hallowed chamber of our National Assembly.

We have fed our hydra headed monster in power, today we are confronted with a multi headed beast, suckling, drinking and spilling blood across the country. For no just cause, this monster comes against us in different ways aside the Boko Haram who spill blood in minimum of hundreds of souls. There are the killer herders who come close to them. Then of course the trading arm of this evil network called bandits whose major preoccupation is to kidnap for ransom to fund their core terror attacks and if ransom is not paid in time, the victim gets killed.

This group have a face in the public, who is soliciting our understanding to understand their plight that they are not criminals and shouldn't be called bandits less they become angry? Their solicitor is also the Negotiator General who advises the Government on when to and what to pay! Yes, "the instruments of debate and dialogue is for engaging human and not beings who are less in value than our cows".

The "animal" in Nnamdi Kanu has violated the human counsel of Sheikh Gumi. Before our Fulani President no one has the right to be angry except humans. But the Creator of all bequeathed rights even to animals.

Ṣùgbọ́n ajá mó ọmọ tí ẹ fún ló mú, o mo ti odù oya kii mọ́lẹ̀. Dogs know how to breastfeed its puppies, but it is skillful at hunting grasscutter.

Fulani demanded for compensation from this administration over the need to settle their brothers who came from President Buhari's ancestral home of Niger Republic and other West Africa neighboring countries to help their brothers become governors and President in Nigeria. For which there are a phantom Fulani radio projects invented by Lai Mohammed's ministry of information. A whooping 100Billion was allegedly paid to Miyetti Allah, a deafening silence on this important issue trading our sovereignty to sustain the rampaging lawlessness that the foreign militia has become to our national security greets us from the National Assembly.

Compensation has become the sole rights of our President's tribe to claim in Nigeria. When cows are killed a hundred lives does not suffice for the life of a cow. But indigenous tribes dare not ask for compensation for people killed and their property destroyed. The fall out of south east crisis was a demand by the same people for onions, but Igangan losses must be born by the loser for daring to stand up to their oppressors. This is the injustice that made a "none entity", the entity to which millions of Yoruba at home and in diaspora look today for freedom. Do I need to remind our political class that when the nobles refuses to stand up for the just cause of the common man a dynamics of power shift is activated.

This is the fertile ground of ideology nursing the trees of the likes of Kanu and Igboho, many more of them will grow even if both are cut down without altering the ideology of dominance of Fulani race and the docility of our elected leaders to the National Assembly.

It is needless for Sunday Igboho's house to be invaded in the middle of the night by a combined team of DSS Operatives and the military in the dead of the night acting on information which became intelligence upon which the house was broken into without a warrant! We have no one to turn to except God, because the court that should have been our hope was raided and the judiciary eventually toppled when Onoghen was gotten rid of while we hailed Sai Baba!

Leaving Kanu and Igboho to face the music of this desperados in their Fulanization agenda is simply to postpone our own day of "partying". If only Onoghen has stood up for those judges whose quarters were invaded, he wouldn't have become a victim because Judiciary as an institution would have stood for him and by him. But he watched while the system was castrated only to realize that his office is only as potent as the institution. If only Kanu and Igboho had allowed themselves to be angered by the dehumanizing of the people of Agatu and hadn't waited till their tribes became the reason to exhibit angers, exclusively bestowed on Fulani alone by our National Sheikh, Gumi, may be, they would have had a court to run to. I may not share the ideology of Kanu or the idolatry of Sunday Igboho but in a free society, both are entitled to their convictions and expressions of same. Kanu might have been reckless with words but he is yet to be linked directly with any crime! The invasion of Sunday Igboho's house has led to the abduction of his gods and they are in the custody of DSS, we can only hope that his gods will be safe with Buhari's Government, but his own personal safety is our collective responsibility to ensure. To look away from Kanu's plight is to prepare the flights of terror that this Government has become for an attack against us soon. To ignore Sunday is to wait for our turn.

If the world thinks that democracy confers legitimacy on the Government of Muhammadu Buhari, a review of the attack on Sunday Igboho's house will reveal the short supply of human rights under this administration. Rights, which is the hallmark of any constitutional democracy  are completely eroded that we find it hard to call the attention of global community to the gruesome killing of the feline found in Sunday Igboho's house. If Sunday is a "criminal", was the cat an accomplice? If the guys they killed there were armed, was the cat holding an AK47 to justify the shoot at sight order of the President carried out on it? The event at Soka in Ibadan has overtaken that of the black Tuesday at the Lekki toll gate. Now we know how needless casualties of Government killings are handled; their bodies are taken away!

Sunday Igboho has had peaceful protests in other places in the South West without a single report of violence to the police, but the planned protest for Lagos must be stopped I believe to the knowledge of the Chief Security Officer of the State who also doubles as the Executive Governor from whom the Commissioner of Police must generate his brief to interpret the orders from Abuja to the public. How much of the fear of Lagos was unleashed on Igboho's house only Sanwó-Olu and possibly Tinubu can tell? The attitude of Lagos to our collective well-being in the South West all right thinking should be probing. The floppy approach of LASG to Àmọ̀tẹ́kùn and the generosity of Olówó Eko who gave 50 million naira to victims of fire disaster at Kastina market, but, ignored those of Shasha market yet he hopes to benefit from the Zoning of Presidency to the South West. Yorùbás know what to do when that time comes.

Our questions must go to the world, if we hope to stop the monster we have fed against ourselves in the name of democracy. We need to rid our streets of protests and for now to avoid playing into the hands of a tribe whose mission is nothing but a genocide. We must protect our people against those who are killing indigenous tribes and taking over their lands. Time to take our right and welfare to the chambers of the Senate and the house of Representatives. If Boko Haram had a voice raised for them in the red chamber, our elected representatives at the NASS must be called to duty. We can't be calling for 1963 constitution without demanding for the processes that led to it. Our elected representatives at the federal house then, stood for the people and championed their causes. Who are Nnamdi Kanu and  Sunday Igboho's Senators? Who are their Reps? Answers to these questions will be a good way to address the criminalization of our people without crime and the justification of criminal elements among the Fulani who gloat in crime and pride in violence to our humiliation. It is not a favor to cry for justice, injustice to one, is injustice to all! To stand up now is to do so for yourself!

Eid Celebration: What Emir of Muri tells Fulani terrorists

Eid Celebration: What Emir of Muri tells Fulani terrorists

If he were a Yoruba Oba,  Shehu Garba and Malami would have come after him

And rightly so.

Emir of Muri

But the man is Fulani/Hausa

He has sworn to eliminate armed herders

He has give them  a 30 day quit notice. 30 days for all nomadic herders to leave Taraba forests

I love the man. He didnt mince words

And nobody can call him a bigot.

It will take a righteous and bold  Fulani to contain the menace.

Listen to him :

“Our brothers the Nomadic herdsmen (Bororo) from neighbouring countries, you came to us to allow you stay in our forest. We allowed you because you are our brothers. When you came we welcomed you. We regarded you as fellows Muslims.

“But the question you must answer is are you Muslims? This is a question we are waiting for you to answer. We deserve to know if you are Muslims.

“If you are one of us (Muslims) and you decide to stay in the forest, only to kidnap us one by one for ransom, you should stop it because your attitude is not acceptable to Allah.

“But if you are not Muslims, I want to tell you, like we fought the infidels before, we are ready to fight you with all our strength.

“So I have given you (Bororo) 30 days to leave my emirate. If we see any one of you after the expiration of my ultimatum, we will kill him. I am calling on my subjects to know that and be ready to fight or else I will draw the line.

“We kill him without asking him what he came to do or ask his name or where he comes from. If we are going to be all killed let it be. If we will all die, let it be. We will not allow bastards come and kidnap our wives, take them to the forest and rape them or commit adultery with them.

“In one of the villages, we have the report of a District Head who is conniving with these criminals. He was arrested and granted bail by the police and the people are watching him. I think such a leader is not supposed to be living among us. Are you crazy to allow such a person to continue to live among you?

“Listen to me, henceforth any person who is found to be conniving with these criminals, we will go and kill his mother, and other siblings.

“For the police, we respect you to do your duty. If you arrest any kidnapper and set him free we are not going to accept that. Our armed youths will be directed to go  after  them.

“There is no way we can not be free in our homes; and worse, we can not sleep with our two eyes closed. I am calling on Ardos (leaders of Fulani) to stop these barbaric acts in my emirate because you all know who are carrying out these criminals activities.

“I want to reiterate that any kidnapper that is set free by the security will not be spared. All those responsible for maintaining peace in my domain should come together to end the menace or we know what to do. Peace be upon you.”

POLICE PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT NO.   /2021

OSUN STATE POLICE COMMAND DEBUNKS THE MEDIA REPORT OF A DRIVER WHO ALLEGEDLY SOLD EIGHTEEN PASSENGERS TO KIDNAPPERS

The attention of Osun State Police Command has been drawn to a news making rounds which read thus: "People of Nigeria. If your relative was missing early this morning 19/07/2021 travelling from Abuja down to Lagos/lbadan (passing through Kabba/Ekiti)a driver had been arrested this evening at Ilesa Ibadan express road with full loading of luggage but the whole of eighteen passengers had been sold to the kidnappers along Ita-Ore road in Ekiti State. Now the driver is in the police custody at Ijamo Ilesa Osun State. Please kindly send this message as received. The plate number of this  bus is KPA116LG Kogi State black color. Thanks"

The Command hereby wishes to debunk the rumour and state empathically that, there was  no such case reported in Ijamo, nor any other Police Station in Osun State. The news is false and mischievous. What really happened was that, a driver abandoned his good samaritan passengers who offered to rescue some victims at a scene of accident at Efon Alaye on their way from Abuja, and took to hiding with his vehicle at a point near Ilesa. He was however accosted, upon information from Ijamo Policemen by a Police Patrol Team led by DPO Efon Alaye Division. The Driver thereafter was taken to Efon Alaye, the neighbouring Ekiti State Command with the vehicle, being the jurisdiction in which the incident occurred.

Osun State Police Command therefore urges the general public to disregard the news, and wishes to warn against the spread or peddling of fake and unconfirmed stories in future, as such could not only instill fear in the members of the public, but also create unnecessary panic, tension and commotion in the land.

IGBOHO IN THE LAST 21 HOURS, STRUGGLE METHODS AND WHY WE MUST DOCUMENT HISTORY PROPERLY

British warning Fulanis to forget about  past relationship with Britain and try to get along in Nigeria

Igboho

“Hello Femi. I have been trying to reach Sowore. Tell him Igboho has just been arrested in Benin Republic. Let this be out as soon as possible please.” This was the call I received in the early hours of today, Tuesday, 20th July 2021 from an ally of Chief Sunday Adeyemo, a.k.a Sunday Igboho. It was exactly 1.14am, believed to be about 15 minutes after he was arrested.

I am putting this forward because I have noticed that our lackluster stance towards documenting happenings clearly has opened rooms for a lot of retrogressive debates.

It is verifiable that Sahara Reporters published the story FIRST before any media outfit, locally or internationally. Immediately I got the call, I reached out to the appropriate quarters to get the story out. Expectedly, the team was up to work.

The Nnamdi Kanu occurrence was the first thing that came to mind after the call. I had posted confidently on my social media accounts that Kanu’s was an outright abduction before anyone started talking about such, because I know that if his capturing had involved just one known security agency in the world, the news would have filtered out. It wouldn’t have been possible to keep him for ?8 days in a unknown place. I told myself such must not repeat itself and sleep left my already drowsy self.

But for the timely reporting by Sahara Reporters on the arrest,  “Ibu owo Baba Dami” would have been given the Kanu treatment, I so much believe.

If you have tasted state brutality before, you would understand that it is no respecter of status especially when the state has perceived that you are or you are becoming an existential threat to their fiefdom.

As I write this, he’s still in custody as against the WhatsApp broadcasts around that he is free and on his way to Germany.

I write this as an intervention, so as to make the agitators even though we disagree on methods, on diagnosis of our problems and on the drug prescription, see that it is crystal clear that we are all being attacked by common enemies and we must keep watching for one another. There is an urgent need for all oppressed persons to unite now. Anything less of uniting, we will perish separately.

Talking about methods of struggle, it is important now, more than before, for the Odu’a agitators to become organized in the argument for self-determination. Among other things that need serious review is the rhetorics of mysticism or some special treatment of Igboho.

These must be tackled immediately. The propaganda around how spiritually powerful Igboho is, how he must have disappeared from custody and appeared on the plane to Germany, how he couldn’t have been arrested; that he surrendered himself (how do you surrender yourself in Benin, on your way to Germany?), how one of his aides was shot 48 times by the DSS (who was counting?) etc. All must be trashed. These rhetorics are demobilizing genuine people who have heads sitting on their shoulders. Many are getting high on these illusions. This is the naked truth many don’t want to hear. Am I mobilizing for the Odu’a Nation? Maybe No. But for us in the RevolutionNow campaign , the earlier the contradictions in the secessionist agitations are exposed, the satisfied we are. We don’t see the need to defend the truth. The truth is static. It does not go anywhere. People come to it.

Still on mysticism, I belong to a movement that is part of coalition that argues for a total overhaul of our systems (Revolution) as the way out for all peoples in this part of the world. One of the conveners of the movement; prominent in the struggle, Sowore has proven time and again that there’s nothing mystical about him. If it’s about the cheap necklace he loves to wear, he wore same the day he was shot. He has been dragged, harassed, abducted, tortured, like every other Nigerian fighting for survival. The movement has experienced steady growth through these actions of mobilization. By posing as a person of mystical powers in a struggle that involves the masses who are on different levels of consciousness, you are only telling them that you are the Superman who can solve their problems by some magic wand. If Sowore was like that, by now, he would be the only one protesting in all the campaigns the Coalition has called. There’s nothing mysterious about the problems facing us. The solution would also not be mysterious.

I think I would prefer to hear Comrade Igboho and not Igboho Oosa.

I have been detained in one of the deadliest prisons in Nigeria, where all charms known and unknown get neutralized at the first “German gate”. Weren’t the 47 Odu’a Nation protesters just granted bail since July 3rd? The Ogboni King among them could not disappear from Area F.

I am making this intervention now so that my children will not read somewhere someday that while we were fighting to be liberated, a man appeared and strangled Buhari in Office. The future should be for smarter kids and not those of us who believed the 99-1 India Vs Nigeria match. Unfortunately, we are treading that path unconsciously, with “educated” people championing such narrative. More harm to ours struggles, if you ask me.

Away from mysticism, shall we look at methods?

When the issue of Igboho’s intervention started freshly, I have criticized the method of organizing defence against the killers in Igangan and other parts. Igboho could not be moving from one place to another. It’s not sustainable. People have the rights to defend themselves, especially when the government has failed woefully. It is in fact treasonous (betrayal of one’s self) to allow yourself to be killed when you can defend yourself with whatever. I have posited that local security committees under democratic control of the people be formed. It is this committee that would form the first line of defence against all forms of insecurity that have been made endemic by the cluelessness and wickedness of the Buhari regime. Insecurity is even way more than physical protection. That’s a discussion for another day.

Igboho can’t be everywhere.

This idea of creating messiahs out of vanguards of struggles must cease. Persons can start the fire but the masses must organize to sustain the fire. Nigerians must stop outsourcing the fight for their own liberation. Either to local heroes or international community. It is our duty to liberate ourselves. It should be clear to us now that no international community is watching. We should be done with that recital by now. #EndSARS taught us that.

Away from that is also the issue of blackmail that the movement I belong to is in a battle of ascendancy. This is far from the truth. What is the truth is that we are even glad that a large number of our people are becoming more conscious of their environment and are speaking up. The regular faces can now sit back some times while new faces and organizations are speaking. From electoralists to revolutionaries and secessionists, people are coming to the conclusion that we can not continue on this dangerous path and that there is a need for a turn-around.

Coalition for Revolution, to the best of my knowledge has called for the defence and protection of the rights of all agitators and unity of the oppressed, more times than other movements blackmailing it. It is time to treat the tyrants in the language they understand once and for all.

It is my sincere belief that my rants can find a place in the hearts of all freedom fighters and history will justify me, that I never kept quiet when things were going south.

British warning FulaniF to forget about  past relationship with Britain and try to get along in Nigeria

I just finished a conversation with the British International relations analyst based in the US.

This is the summary of what he said.

The British has been warning the Fulani north to forget about the past relationship with Britain and try to get along in Nigeria.

The British view of Nigeria has changed a lot. They don't need slaves again and they don't need foot soldiers, the Fulanis have nothing currently that they can give to Modern Britain if they are not part of Nigeria.

If Nigeria breaks, then the British realizes they will be in a battle with Germany and France for the friendships and loyalty of the Yorubas, the group they consider the most influential in West Africa and probably Africa future, considering the Yorùbá's relationship across West Africa. And right now the British thinks that the Germans have advantages since they had built really good relationships with the Yorùbá's.

The only problem the Germans have is language. The Yorùbá's in West Africa speaks English and France, but Germany is intensifying its languages schools in Lagos and Ibadan, and even considering a symbolic one in Oyo near the Universities. So, the British are doubling their efforts to remind the Yorùbá's they are favored, by appointing more Yoruba-British in to public space and expanding more Visas for entry into Britain. Britain needs more Brains to compete in the world, not more people radicalized with fake Islamic teachings, and in this respect, Buhari is 200 years in the past.

Twenty Security tips as Nigeria becomes increasingly unsecure place

I want you all to be mindful of your security. Listen to news regularly.

The country is going through very difficult and unsafe times. Presently there are calls from foreign concerns to declare Nigeria a failed state. This is because of the level of insecurity present in the country presently.

We all need to be concerned about our safety. Do not say it can never happen to me. No one is safe. Relatives of the President had been kidnapped. Men of God, Security men etc. No one is safe nowhere is safe. Let us try and observe strict security protocols together with our prayers.

*ONE*

So I direct you all never to stay out of the house late.

Come back home or stay close to your house latest 6pm

*TWO*

Do not travel in marked vehicles. For example, vehicles bearing names, company etc.

*THREE*

Do not travel in groups. If you are to go for a program, move alone.

*FOUR*

If your area is being attacked, switch of all lights including any switch with lights no matter how tiny. Remove all jewelry on your body and wrap your phone in a cloth to prevent light reflection that can betray your position.

If you hear gunshot, leave your bed and lie flat under the bed and out of your window. Get out of sight. Lie close to any wall.

*FIVE*

Do not take ride in any vehicle that you don't know. Take public transportation at all times.

*SIX*

When you go out, dress normal and neat not flashy. Never wear any clothes that can get you noticed or identified.

*SEVEN*

If you are going out to somewhere, tell someone where you are going to and the expected time of your arrival. If possible don't go alone.

*EIGHT*

On no account should you visit online friends. People who you meet on social media, you should never visit them either in public or in their home or office. NEVER.

*NINE*

Speak very little when you are in the public and never comment on government or political issues.

*TEN*

Always maintain call credit on your phone and always ensure you have power on it or buy power bank. You may need to make contact incase of ATTACK.

*ELEVEN*

If under attack, do not make voice calls, because sound travel faster and quietly at night, just ring the number repeatedly if the person pick, don't speak. Just send text. When doing that do it under cover so that your phone will not reflect any ray of light.

*TWELVE*

Don't buy group dress from anyone for now. No matter how close they are to you , don't buy.

*THIRTEEN*

Don't attend parties that you are not closely concerned.

*FOURTEEN*

If at all, you come under attack, remember there are only 2 rules to guide you.

*1) DO NOT PANIC*

*2) NOT TO FORGET RULE 1*

If you panic, you will attract attention of the attackers to yourselves, and you will not remember exactly what you need to do to keep you safe.

*FIFTEEN*

This is not the time to do fashion or to showcase your new clothing and shoes. Anytime you go out wear dress and especially shoes that will allow you to run incase you need to get out of troubled area fast. Wear cheap shoes that you can throw away if it impedes your movement. Your dress should not hinder your ability to run.

*SIXTEEN*

Prepare for any eventuality. Do not say it can't happen. Be Prepared. Trouble can happen anywhere any time. Remember your life is very important, not your phone or your property.

*SEVENTEEN*

If you have to run, throw away anything in your hand. Save yourself first. Don't wait to pick anything that drop from your hands. Run as fast as you can.

*EIGHTEEN*

If there is shooting, try the rules. Do not panic. The fact that you heard the gunshot means that you are not hit. If you are hit, you will not hear the SOUND.

#. Reduce your height first by bending down as close to the ground as possible.

#. Then try and identify the direction of the shots first then draw a cross putting the direction of the shot at north or south, run East or WEST.

#. Never run straight line in opposite direction because bullets travel at straight line and never run toward the point of the gunshot.

#. As you are moving out of the troubled area, identify hard objects or structures that you can use as protection where you can hide.

#. If you notice the sound is coming closer, shift your location a little as you continue to run. If not, find a safe place and hide in sitting position to avoid stray bullets from hitting you.

*NINETEEN*

At this moment, avoid arguments with People. When you notice people are showing anger, don't wait to settle them, move out of the place as quickly and quietly as you can. Just yesterday we lost one of our officers in Ado Ekiti while he was trying to settle an argument, he was stabbed and he died on the spot. Don't go to places of incidents to go and look what's happening.

*TWENTY*

At this moment, stay as close as possible to your home. Know the shortest possible routes to your home incase you need to get home quickly.

Always keep some change at hand. Not much, maybe 2k or less incase you need to board a public transport out of any trouble area.

*OPEN YOUR EYES AND BE ALERT.*

IGBOHO As A Freedom Fighter /Ethnic Liberation Agitator: How We Arrived Here

IGBOHO As A Freedom Fighter /Ethnic Liberation Agitator: How We Arrived Here

 ©Adeola Soetan

I smile when guys create impression that there was once a "perfect struggle" in the students movement or human rights struggle in Nigeria that anti-people government did not raise its finger against it, shoot, maim, arrest and at times, kill like army of occupation..

Please tell me one example of that "perfect struggle" and its processes you or we had partipated in. I don't know of anyone because for over 3 decades I have been involved at various levels of movement. Please tell me one to learn from. Since 1978 "Ali Must Go" mass student protest that I was involved as a secondary school  student to the anti-fuel price hike protest we did at Ojuelegba in 2020 and the recent ENDSARS protest that I partly addressed in 2020, the brutal state has always been crazy to suck blood at different levels of state terrorism. So, let the perfect activists or , the do-nothing revolutionaries, the egregious protests post-mortem "anatomist" , the automated Abobakus and the lousy voluntary idiots remind us of one. I beg and let's us debate it. Tyrants are bad, but supporters of tyranny are worse because in them, tyranny thrives and with them tyrants became monsters to devour all.

Beko, Gani, Aka Bashorun, Falana, Segun Sango, Odumakin, Arogundade, Aturu, Olorode, Awopetu, Jingo, Femi Aborisade, Joe, Biola Akiode, Sawaba, Balarabe Musa, Fela, Tony Fash, Aremson, Soweto, Sina Odugbemi, Sowore, MKO, Gani Adams, Ken Saro Wiwa etc were not Igboho, not roughnecks and never conducted the protests they organised and led in any "uncivilized" "illiterate" "warlords" versions.

They spoke good English, they never spoke "Yoruba Nasion" of your derision. We all know the hell they went through in the hands of tyranny, military & civilian dictatorship. Today, they are our heroes and part of our history of struggle for better and secure nation. Gani was never a secessionist but a detribalised freedom and human rights fighter,  yet  the tyrannical State invaded his house & office, arrested & detained him for over 30 times. Beko, a medical doctor from elite family like his blood brother, Fela, he's  a dedicated human right activist only spoke for us before the State sent him to jail illegally after several detentions and physical attacks

Wetin Fela do? Fela only sang about Zombie soldiers beating civilians for streets, (which has increased now). Fela sang about corruption, commercial religionism, poverty in the midst of abundance, suffering & smiling, no much rally except analysis, interview, music & yabis, yet, Obasanjo regime burnt his house, Kalakuta Republic, killed his ideological mama, Mrs Funmilayo Kuti, raped his wives, torture Fela & his boys. Buhari regime jailed him and Babangida finished the job.

Dele Giwa was just a patriotic investigative fine journalist, he was bombed. Nigerian bourgeois state under military or civilian government is a criminal state of power bandits and hoodlums who will always resist protests, but like Reggae music, protest can't stop because it's a right to resist tyranny. So, let the "perfect activists" the "Oluaye of struggle" and all the  self acclaimed custodians of organised protests without government attack, that was massive, principled & uncompromising, that the State received with red carpet applause, come out and say it. . No event, no history and no heroes and no advancement to human race. Mistakes are bound to be made, corrected and learnt from them. But we must never justify State Terrorism and Gestapo - like invasion of citizens home to steal, raid, rape and kill at night.

What gave birth to Igbohos?

Igboho is  spontaneous situational leader created by the ineptitude & nepotism of Buhari regime to critically & timely address the  violent Fulani herdsmen invasion of people's land, who  kill, maim and do all  that with impunity with Miyetti Allah openly claiming responsibilities & threatening to do more. What did government do? No Miyetti Allah leader who openly claimed responsibility for invasion of farmland and killings  was ever invited by DSS or police for questioning. So, what message is government passing to the citizens and the victims? Fulani race superiority over others and all lands are grazing land with no ownership right?

When 78 citizens were slaughtered in Benue state by herdsmen and less than 24 hours Miyetti Allah Kanti claimed responsibility, what did Buhari do and say when the bereaved visited him?  His response was that "the Benue people should go and learn how to live peacefully with their neighbors".

Over 20 villages were sacked  in Yewa by some  violent  Fulani herdsmen including the foreign Fulanis and the Oba of Isanlu and other kings cried out that soldiers also assisted some Fulani herdsmen to graze on their lands by force, what did Buhari and Gov. Abiodun do? Many villagers fled to neighboring Benin Republic as refugees. Buhari himself had declared that many of these herdsmen bandits are foreigners, what did his government do to save the natives and stop the foreign  invaders? How many of these foreigners were arrested & jailed in their operation "Graze, Kill & Go"?

Government's response has been more provocative & supportive of the criminal invasion. "Your ancestral land for Grazing  or your life" - Femi Adesina  (the presidency)

"What do you want them to do when their grazing routes have been occupied due to developments" -  NSA. Grazing routes in 2021? Is that not craziness?

Hundreds including infants are hacked to death regularly by hetdsmen. What's the response of many of  us who can do "perfect struggle" to the daily human carnage happening in our rural areas which is  daily & widely reported by the media? Golden silence because we are not affected in our comfort zone or we just watch the horror and pass mild comnent over bottles of wine.

Where's our humanity, have we been so callous and made bestial by our political  partisanship, money, money, money, despite our kukukere kurukere to Mecca and Jerusalem to profess the faiths we do not truly believe in their teachings beyond false facade of abstract religionism? Have we lost all our conscience to filty lucre, cheap money & contract from government and godfathers that we are now blind to social justice and talk truth to power as some of us used to do. Or we are just tired and overwhelmed by this regime of a crude, old stone age tyrant looking for grazing routes for his native herdsmen at all cost in the 21st century? Can we reamind Buhari and his grazing route co-searchers that cow businsees like poultry or piggery is a private business of individuals. Nigeria has not adopted cow rearing as the official business of the State, so, why this wahala of open grazing and killings by compulsion?  Hundreds of private  poultry /fishery  farms have relocated or closed down due to development of their initial areas of location and complaints by other residents. Meran poultry farms estate in Lagos which is now a cluster of modern houses is an example. Nobody was killed by displaced and evacuated poultry farmers. Buhari! O ma de ga o! E get as e be o.

I was in Imeko sometimes ago to consult for a London based Agric & rural empowerment foundation and the media also  reported recently the human tragedy in that Yewa axis. It was the  tale of woes even more than Okeogun farmers  by poor farmers of Imeko, Egua, Isanlu and other boarder villages from the account of their suffering from violent  Fulani herdsmen particularly the Foreign Fulani herdsmen who kill, rape & take over their land with no one including government to help them. Their kings are made powerless to act by state apparatus  . What do you want these people to do?  I have produced farmers  radio and other Agric related programmes, documentary, research work for agencies and at a time we were organizing Farmers - Media Forum to help out on this invasion of farms by herdsmen and other issues. This crisis had been an agelong one but Buhari who has a ranch as a good role model that these rich cow owners should emulate, decided to escalate the crisis by his incurable provincialism. Why did Buhari want to lead Nigeria into another Civil War because of ordinary cow? This not leadership but gangsterism and land grabbing.

Recently, a well educated hardworking lady who has over 500 acres farmland in Lanlate had her fiance shot dead while they were on their way to Ibadan after the day's work.. She invited her fiance  from Lagos to join her and operate a processing farm. Their wedding scheduled for December last year became a nightmare. She was kidnapped for days until the family paid huge sum running into millions of Naira to these rural bandits.  I called Edmund Obilo, the radio man, to commend him for professionally reporting the plight of the rural dwellers in Okeogun which has been on for decades but escalated during Buhari regime because of the regime's utterances and body language.

The lady  identified them as the familiar bororo herdsmen in Lanlate (Edmund Obilo did a  video documentary on it, you can watch) , A successful life is wrecked for ever. What did Seyi or Buhari do for this family and many more like that?

My wife & daughter, Empress, wept that evening we watched  the documentary of the lady's agony together. It was a very sad moment that evening that I thought perhaps I should have watched it alone because Empress was asking brilliant but difficult questions for me to explain clearly.

Insecurity is a whirlwind, anywhere we are, we will get our own portion one day if it continues  unabated. The lady went back after the period of mourning, all her farm hands had disappeared, by now, the farm would have closed down. Many more like that, losing their farms after collecting huge loans. The Defenders of tyranny don't address their minds to this type of regular tragedies in rural areas than to defend and lie to change the narratives and give excuses that they also condemned in the past failed  regimes. Truly, "Ise Aje Le"

Just consider the lady or her dead fiance is /was your close  relative, will you say No to Igboho:s little solidarity / confidence building to your village despite reservation for his methodology since government has abandoned you to your fate for many years?

When government fails and the perfect activists" or emergency nationalists stand akimbo and only enjoy the video of human killings  on social  media to pass comments or  write romantic "protest letter" to condemn it , the raw, rough, illiterate but courageous Igbohos will be the situational leaders because nature abhors a vacumm.

Who knew Igboho 2 yrs ago as a Yoruba activist or  ethnic agitator beyond his publicized commercial political thuggery lordship?

I met Igboho  once at a birthday party in Germany, he was  so colorless, so simple & highly respectful bowing for everyone on sight. . I didn't know him until my friends told me about him and his war expedition during Modakeke - Ife war, his acclaimed juju prowess and polical thuggery exploit (now politicians who patronize them call them "political enforcers"). I just ignored the "citation" and continued catching my fun that cold night as  Igboho became the cynosure of all eyes including the DJ who was praising his name everytime.

Now years after, I have to start writing about Igboho, not the one introduced to me in Germany as a life loving, juju empowered  "political enforcer", but now a raw, courageous, "illiterate" freedom fighter for Yoruba farmers and natives whose farmlands and villages are regularly sacked by some violent local and foreign  Fulani herdsmen who take their land forcefully for open grazing of cows and their lives when resisted in the presence of a regime they voted to power.

Igboho suddenly became a Yoruba nation agitator with all his crude & civilised methods and according to his and his mass followers" understanding  of the situation, when those educated "decent" political elites who campaigned on restructuring, power devolution, true federalism and revenue redistribution which could have addressed  some of these issues that manufactured the Igbohos have abandoned  their promises and have been captured by their  dubious silence.

I  never imagined for once that an Igboho would be at the barricade, on the streets, not to rig & kill for "do or die" corrupt politicians, his genesis, but to take a raw courage to defend his Oke Ogun people and his Yoruba nation, against some violent Fulani land grabbers prodded by the State apparatus. I had never thought that a rich political  roughneck would command such  a huge followeship of helpless, angry, battered, poor, rich, anxious farmers and  hungry citizens of Yoruba extractions looking forward to him, rightly or wrongly, to save them from forest bandits and from a failed government that told perplexed citizens to defend themselves  from Ak47 armed Fulani herdsmen and bandits of varied ethnic stock. Such a huge crowd would have taken politicians millions of Naira with total mobilisation by inducement to organise.

For  me, such a movement can't be ignored with a wave of the hand  as a socialist and experienced protester. Such a movement must be situated, critique and draw useful lessons for perspective development on multidimensional approaches the Nigeria struggle may break with or without our planning or intervention.

I am not a rhapsodic arrogant elite, I am of the street, I learn from the low and the high, I live with the masses, mix, chat and learn from them as they also gain from me. We can't afford to fold our arms when tyranny and bad governance  propels rural banditry against the poor farmers locally and nationally, we must speak up against land grabbing, your life or your land grazing body language of this regime. Ask them, after the months of RUGA noise, how many states in the north that have shown their reception to RUGA and ranching have commenced operation? Baba Agba is  really notl interested, he has shown his interest is open grazing, he's now looking for 1963 cattle route gazette in 2021. Laughable!

Why would the Igbohos not seize the initiative when many ex-this, ex-that have become Abobakus defending all tyrannical  actions of government, or we are battle weary, or now too rich & too decent to protest, arrogant as  custodians of struggle, or old, weak, organizationally confused or just having a false  sense of safety and security in our comfort zones, or gladly have  "retired" after a long period of remarkable  commendable leadership of struggle.

How long Igboho's movement lasts like many struggles before it will not be determined by bloody tyranny but by the resolution of those issues that makes Igboho relevant to many people and the consciousness they put into it.

Igboho is an effect of a cause. So, when we deal, critique & condemn the effects, let's address the cause first, that's the way to go. Blame the nonchalant government that failed to secure its citizens first before blaming the effects.

If Igboho is killed today, as some voluntary idiots may wish, he has etched his name in our memory, not as a rich political thug of his genesis anymore, but as a controversial, hated and loved, popular, raw courageous, juju embellished freedom fighter for his Oke Ogun - Ibarapa and Yoruba poor farmers and  the people feeling  disenchanted by their state of helplessness in the face of terror and land grabbing by fully armed  accredited and non-accredited bandits while government always tells the citizens to defend themselves. But, with what? Cow stick, brooms, catapult or Juju Igboho?

This is  the  new Revelation of Igboho synthesis from Genesis as political   thugs to some of your political godfathers. Many of those who hate Igboho for fighting for poor  Igangan farmers would have loved him if he had continued to play the political enforcer role with other rich  thugs  for their  power desperate leaders.

We should condemn the midnight  gestapo- like  attack on his "juju" embellished mansion, we should condemn the extra- judicial killing without trial of citizens captured in his house and demand for the immediate   release, or speedy trial of the arrested if found culpable.

We are human beings not animals in the jungle. Government cannot be crazy and be blood thirsty always.

PRESS RELEASE!!!!!

Yoruba One Voice International Press Conference at the National Press Club on the issue of Insecurity, Terrorism, Genocide in Yorubaland, and Nigeria.

Ladies and gentlemen of the press, it is our distinct pleasure to announce to you our upcoming World Press Conference in Washington DC, USA, on July 1, 2021, at 12pm - 1:30pm ET to discuss insecurity, terrorism, genocide, raping, abuse of women and children, sex trafficking and the disintegration of Nigeria.

If these problems are not resolved they would impact global economy, immigration, and lead to global humanitarian crises.

The Conference will include reporters from major international news organizations including CNN, etc. and Nigerian panelists.

The Conference expected outcome is to develop and produce a peaceful road map to amicably resolve the current crises in Nigeria and to prevent further

disintegration that may lead to civil war.

Buhari's administration has been plagued with many atrocities across Yorubaland, including the two incidents at Igangan, killing of Pastors, businessmen and women, maiming, dismemberment, raping, killings of women and children and kidnappings for huge ransoms running into millions of naira.

Farmers are killed daily with their farm crops and harvests destroyed.

The outlined problems are reasons different ethnic groups are now demanding Self Determination.

We Yoruba with common language, value and culture are now demanding our own Nation.

We successfully ran our own government in the past that was a shiny star on the hill during Awolowo's era when we accomplished the following:

*First Radio Station.

*First TV Station in Africa.

"Free Education System.

*Free HealthCare System with the best hospitals in Africa.

*Functioning Public Water System and 24/7 Electricity Supply.

We are capable and ready to be part of the civilized world again.

Further disintegration is inevitable if nothing is done.

Therefore, we are asking for an internationally supervised referendum for self -determination before another civil war.

A new civil war will grossly affect all the international industries in Nigeria which are in Yorubaland.

Kidnapping has become a lucrative business with government paying huge

ransoms to the terrorist Fulani kidnappers and we find it very difficult that government negotiators can find their location but cannot arrest them.

We believe the government is complicit in this criminal enterprise where paid

ransoms are used to buy ammunition for terrorism.

We find it very difficult to believe that a President will rather lose his country to

foreign Fulani terrorists.

Herdsmen use Cattle grazing as a cover-up for terrorism, killings, kidnappings, and banditry.

Insecurity, terrorism, genocide, and disintegration of Yorubaland and Nigeria will likely continue, and this is why we want our Yoruba Nation Self-determination.

Thank you.

FULANI Militias Invading Yoruba Land are not Herdsmen, but members of a foreign terrorist militia armed with military grade weapons

FULANI Militias Invading Yoruba Land are not Herdsmen, but members of a foreign terrorist militia armed with military grade weapons

Yorubas should beware of these militia men. These are not Herdsmen, these are members of a foreign terrorist militia that are armed with military grade weapons, have a formal military command and structure, have an objective and are organized like an armed fighting force.

Nigerian Government officials Calling them Herdsmen is a glaring and deliberate attempt to water down the real goals of these killers; which includes;

*Dan Fodio style Conquest of non Fulani areas

*Imposition of a foreign religion on the locals.

*Changing the demographics

*Annihilating dissenting elements.

*Killing, maiming and raping enough people to bring about subjugation of the land.

Where is their cattle?

You have seen videos of them in the forest displaying caches of sophisticated arms.

Did you see a single cow there?

You have seen them dressed in military fatigues with scores of bikes, boxes of ammunition, grenades, grenade launchers, and an odd assortment of assault rifles...

You have heard Yoruba elders raise the alarm that there are hundreds of cells of such groups in their forests.

You have heard middle belt leaders cry out that military choppers ferry arms and other supplies to these militias in their forests.

Has cattle been a feature of the discuss?

No!

So why call then Herdsmen?

They use real Herdsmen as Trojan horse to gain entrance into areas that they want to hit, provoke unrest and strike. Go to Jos and other parts of Plateau state, it's been a strategy. And when the natives flee, they change the name of the community, take possession and become attuned as locals.

I did a study of the Fulani and a few other northern societies as part of my Msc in Project Security Management many years ago. It was a course in History of ethno- religious clashes. The Northern Nigerian Example.

These are/were my findings...

*The Fulani have a warlike and aggressive essence coated with an intense religious flavour. They consider themselves puritanists, alongside the Arabs, as the inheritors of True Islam!

The Fulani have a fuedal society which is divided into four segments;

1. The Ruling class/ The Ulama*

The Ruling class are the Sultan, the Emirs, The Waziris, Sarduana and other highly placed nobles.

The Ulama are the clergy, preachers and other holy men. They provide political and religious direction the worldview of an invaded non Fulani society should go. They arrive to take control of any community or country Fulanis find themselves ..

2. The Town Fulani.

They are the second segment who are tasked with mingling with the local non Fulani population, become integrated but never lose their Fulani identity.

Their task is to water down any hostilities to Fulani presence and sway the opinions of the ordinary folk to become pro Fulani.

3. The Bororoje or cattle Fulani.

As a nomadic people, these are the scouts who discover fresh land, compromise their contacts and stealthily settle down amongst the people. Their other task is to provoke unrest, cause confusion, pretend to be the aggrieved and give cause for a violent expression of righteous outrage...

They set the stage for the last group...

*The Fulani Militia:

The armed wing is present in every Fula community. From Senegal to Sudan, to Central African Republic, to Nigeria.

*Their task is to wage war, devastate the enemy and make him happy to pay any price for peace and safety...

Theirs is a highly political society that has garnered immense experience and fine-tuned their strategies over the centuries. And they have been largely successful!

Why do you think they speak with so much arrogance?

Study their history, discover what I have discovered and let's tell Ugo Egbujo nnaa to write with more circumspection.

Alhaji Integrity is the arrowhead of their game plan in Nigeria.

And he has no choice.

What is unfolding is an order by the pan Fulani body in west africa to settle the ethnic group permanently in Nigeria! Nigeria's Fulani President has no choice but to obey...

The process of making Nigeria theirs is the conflagration engulfing our country today.

I am addressing others who have no idea what is unfolding in the country and still see events as APC, PDP, Igbos hate Alhaji Integrity, IPOB, Kanu is destroying Igbo land and all that jargon...

It is for them to read and see the real reason why the country is caught up in crisis.

The Fulani thrive in war and dislocation!

Remember Afonja

Remember their face off with Rabeh of Kanem-Bornu in the 1890s

Remember their battles with the Yoruba at the plains of Oshogbo

Remember Sultan Attahiru's roguery in 1903 which led to his ouster by the British...

Perhaps because they haven't been properly smashed in their history save for recently when elements in Central African republic gave them a very bloody nose...

They have no idea why Nigeria has erupted in the volcano of insecurity since 2015.

The Fulanis are also obstinate about retaining their pastoral lifestyle and blatantly refuse to embrace modernity and civilized methods of cattle rearing.

Medieval style invasion and conquest of fresh territories still holds sway in their minds.

And the only places they could live the life the so desire is in the fertile Benue valley, the huge tracts of land in the middle belt and the rich forests of the west. They also want Nigeria to settle millions of their stateless people made refugees by Tuaregs, the Mandingos, the Bambara and other foes they have in west african subregion...This is why you see strange Fulani faces of fellows who don't breath any word of English or Hausa anywhere they take over successfully...

As for the Igbo, our tiny overused land is not actually their target; they want our subjugation because the igbos represent the most potent opposition in their pathway of conquest. They feel they could use Islam to compromise the Yoruba. This is true to an extent, but the Igbo, is a very different worldview and creed. Again, first face-off that was the Biafran war, taught them that these people must be dealt with comprehensively this time. This is where you must locate Government's eagerness to use force and deafness to suggestions of dialogue...

They fear Igbo ingenuity, creativity, gallantry and valour in battle.

Once they Get rid of Igbos and the way is open to reach the sea at Port Harcourt!.

THE SEVEN-FOLD YOKE AND THE CABAL THAT OWN NIGERIA‼️

THE SEVEN-FOLD YOKE AND THE CABAL THAT OWN NIGERIA‼️

Fani-Kayode's Expose on the essence of grand restructuring or the necessity of going separate ways

It's worth your time, read and circulate.

#THE SEVEN-FOLD YOKE AND THE CABAL THAT OWN NIGERIA‼️

Permit me to share a scholarly, revealing and I daresay disturbing intervention which was sent to me by a friend. The author wishes to remain anonymous.

He wrote as follows:

"The disruptive power of the Hausa-Fulani cabal is a structural reality and will only get worse, no matter where the President of Nigeria comes from. It is a seven-fold yoke which we must break for the sake of our children.

*1. THE POLITICAL YOKE:*

Globally, out of the 16 Federal Republics in the world, Nigeria is the only federation where land mass is used as a primary criteria for creating federating units.

NO Southern leader (civilian or military) has ever had the guts to create any federating unit; all the federating units have been created by Northern military adventurers. 20 federating units were created from only one region (North), while 17 federating units were created from 3 regions (East, West and Midwest).

Competent leaders are easily filtered off by the rigged political structure. At every election, the evil and corrupt Northern cabal needs only a few Southern collaborators to impose any presidential candidate upon the two foremost political parties, only for the electorate to formalize one of the candidates with votes.

That's why Nigeria has been having such mediocre leaders as President, in a country awash with extremely capable presidential materials.

This also explains why since 1960 no Southerner has ever led Nigeria except by accident.

The FIRST coming of ALL 3 Southern leaders - Aguiyi-Ironsi in 1966, Obasanjo in 1976 and Goodluck Jonathan in 2010 - followed the death of Northern incumbents!

The fourth and only other Southern leader was Ernest Shonekan and his coming followed the forced "stepping aside" of a northern Head of State in 1993. He lasted for 3 months after which he was toppled and replaced by another northern military Head of State.

For 2019 the presidential contest is being set for Atiku vs Buhari- two Fulani representatives of the Cabal.

*2. THE ECONOMIC YOKE:*

Nigeria is the only oil-producing country where oil wells are allocated to individuals. The Hausa-Fulani cabal allocated over 80% of the oil blocks either to the Northerners or to their Southern fronts/allies. The names of these oil block allotees are in the public domain.

*3. THE RELIGIOUS YOKE:*

No other faith is mentioned in the Nigerian Constitution, except Islam. For instance, in the 1999 Constitution, Christ, Christians and Christianity are not mentioned even once; whereas Islamic signposts are strewn all over the Constitution -

Sharia is mentioned 73 times, Grand Khadi 54 times, Islam 28 times , Muslims 10 times, etc..

That Constitution was written SOLELY by one Muslim Fulani Jihadist named Prof. Auwalu Yadudu (Special Adviser to Abacha on Constitutional Matters).

While the 1979 Constitution emphasized Nigeria’s secularity, the 1999 Constitution of Yadudu is a de facto Islamic Constitution, and the Cabal ensured that Yadudu was there to fight that position at 2014 National Political Conference.

Subsequently, during Obasanjo's govt, the same Northern cabal formally adopted Islam as the State Religion in the core Northern States. Obasanjo refused to even discuss the issue, except to state that it would 'fizzle out'. He knew fully well that it would not 'fizzle out' but was afraid of confronting the cabal.

*4. THE CULTURAL YOKE:*

The Sultanate forms a major pillar of the Hausa-Fulani cabal. As permanent President-General of the Nigerian Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs (NSCIA) the Sultan is the permanent leader of all Muslims in Nigeria (whether they are Northerners or Southerners). As the Permanent Chairman of National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria (NCTRN) the Sultan is the permanent leader of all traditional rulers in all 36 States of Nigeria & Abuja. By the way, the current Sultan was the Brigadier-General Commanding 241 Recce Battalion Kaduna.

Many public policies are determined only with the tacit approval of the Sultanate of Sokoto and the Emirates.

For instance, when the Gender Bill was introduced in the National Assembly, the Sultan 'killed' the Bill simply by criticizing it publicly.

Even Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II (the world's most revered monarch) would never criticize Parliament publicly, because that would be an abuse of royal privilege.

*5. THE ADMINISTRATIVE YOKE:*

Nigeria is the only African country that built a new capital from scratch (using resources from the oppressed, deprived and degraded Niger Delta/South East ).

The Cabal claimed that the location of Lagos by the ocean was a security risk, but this was just an excuse to Northernize national public service. A careful look at the map of Africa shows that only 2 nations have central capitals. The most common location for African capitals is at the coast.

London (United Kingdom) is situated at the edge of England on the River Thames. Washington DC (USA) is located along the Potomac River on the East Coast of USA. Paris (France) is located at the edge of France in the north-bending arc of the river Seine.

When Lagos was capital the Governors of Lagos State were from East, West and North. Since the Capital moved to Abuja, NO Nigerian leader has ever had the guts to appoint a Southerner as substantive FCT Minister. The FCT Minister must be a Northerner, preferably a Muslim (the current FCT Minister was appointed while he was Executive Secretary of the Hajj Commission).

*6. THE DIPLOMATIC YOKE:*

Any Christian leader who questions Nigeria's membership of the two main international Sharia-driven bodies (OIC & D-8) faces the wrath of the Hausa-Fulani Cabal. So far, only Cdr Ebitu Ukiwe has ever had the guts to seriously question Nigeria's involvement in these Islamic bodies and as a result Ukiwe was summarily dismissed from office.

*7. THE MILITARY/SECURITY YOKE:*

Nigeria is the only Federation in the world where all MAJOR security agencies are headed by only one section of the Federation and only members of one faith.

Army – Northern Muslim.  National Security Advisor – Northern Muslim.  Minister of Defence – Northern Muslim. Minister of InternalAffairs- Northern Muslim.  Airforce –@  Northern Muslim. Police – Northern Muslim.  Economic Financial Crimes Commission- Northern Muslim. National Civil Defence Corps – Northern Muslim. Department of State Security – Northern Muslim.  Immigration– Northern Muslim.  Prisons Service– Northern Muslim. Federal Road Safety Corps – Northern Muslim. Nigerian Customs Service – Northern Muslim. Chief of Defence Intelligence – Northern Muslim. Director of Military Intelligence - Northern Muslim. Fire Service – Northern Muslim. National Emergency Management Agency – Northern Muslim. Nigerian Ports Authority- Northern Muslim.

No southerner has been made substantive Comptroller General of Customs in 30 years.

Even with all his braggadocio, Olusegun Obasanjo dared not break the jinx in all this years as Nigeria's President.

Again no southerner has ever been appointed as the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission since the day it was established in 2003.

Finally the only southerner that was EVER appointed National Security Advisor was killed after he was unceremoniously removed from office by Goodluck Jonathan after the cabal blackmailed and arm-twisted him and told him that if he wanted peace he must appoint a northerner back to that post.

The above multi-faceted enslavement to the Hausa-Fulani Cabal is not an accident. Read the book by Harold Wilson which clearly states how and why the British laid the foundation for the Hausa-Fulani hegemony in Nigeria.

The principle guiding the Cabal was clearly set forth by the cabal's patron saint, Sir Ahmadu Bello who said to the media:

"The new nation called Nigeria should be an estate of our great grandfather Othman Dan Fodio. We must ruthlessly prevent a change of power. We use the minorities in the north as willing tools and the south as a conquered territory and NEVER ALLOW THEM TO RULE OVER US and NEVER ALLOW THEM TO HAVE CONTROL OVER THEIR OWN FUTURE." – (The Parrot Newspaper, October 12, 1960).

Freedom from the Cabal is NOT about "North versus South". In fact, the greatest victims of the Northern cabal are the Northern masses themselves. The struggle entails "Northern Cabal versus All of Lovers of Freedom".

Nigeria is structurally unworkable and MUST EITHER BE RESTRUCTURED OR BROKEN. The Hausa-Fulani cabal will resist this with their blood, but there is no other way out of the enslavement for us and our children. We cannot continue 'suffering and smiling' in this un-restructured zoo called Nigeria.

The words of Harriet Tubman are relevant here. She said,

'I freed a thousand slaves: I could have freed a thousand more if only they knew they were slaves' ".

The author of this brilliant intervention has given us plenty of food for thought.

He argued the matter in a detailed, succinct and concise manner and he stated the case very well. Though there were one or two omissions, his research is outstanding and his analysis is factual, insightful and incisive. The truth is that he has said it all.

Sadly many in Nigeria do not know that they are slaves to the cabal because they cannot feel the yoke or see their chains.

Yet slaves they are and it is time that we opened their eyes, broke their yokes, cut their chains and free each and every one of them.

*That is precisely why yours truly, and millions of others, insist on restructuring our country or, failing that, dividing her and going our separate ways*.

THIS IS A CHALLENGE TO ALL EDUCATED NIGERIANS INCLUDING GOVERNORS AND OTHER ELECTED OFFICE HOLDERS, CIVIL SERVANTS, TEACHERS, FROM ALL PARTS OF THE COUNTRY TO FIND THEIR VOICES AND START TO SPEAK OUT. THE FUTURE OF OUR CHILDREN IS INVOLVED.

May God help us.

Very interesting. This shows a people who understand power and are very ruthless in grabbing and wielding it to its extremes - something southerners don’t understand.

I suspect the role they played centuries ago in the Arab slave trade may have shaped this power-hungry attitude in them.

The Fulanis are the latest tribe to move into the geographical expression called Nigeria.

The Fulanis are not a major tribe in Nigeria.

They are not known to be that well western-educated

Yet, they have dominated the Hausas who are a major tribe.

They dominate parts of Yoruba land - Ilorin, which they took from Afonja.

And they currently dominate Nigeria and all its resources.

They feel free to stroll into any community and massacre its members with impunity - men, women and children.

They currently hold a nation of 200m to ransom through banditry and kidnapping.

And most of the people seem to fear them.

There is a lot that many of us do not understand about Nigeria.

SEPARATION IS NOT ABOUT WAR: Why I will start promoting peaceful separation for healthy development - Aminu Sa'ad Beli

SEPARATION IS NOT ABOUT WAR: Why I will start promoting peaceful separation for healthy development - Aminu Sa'ad Beli

See what @Aminu Sa'ad Beli wrote on his wall. Moving forward I will start promoting peaceful separation for healthy development.

------------------

SEPARATION IS NOT ABOUT WAR, IT HAS PEACEFUL ASPECT.

In 1776, the USA split from the UK

In 1830 Belgium separated from the Netherlands

In 1965, Singapore split off from Malaysia

in 2002, East Timor got split off from Indonesia

In 1921, Ireland split off from the United Kingdom, and (possibly in the future) there will be secession of Scotland.

In 1944, Iceland split from Denmark with remarkable ease.

In 1905 Norway split from Denmark

In 1905, Norway and Sweden also peacefully split ways. One got the car. the other got the kids.

In 1947, the British India Dominion was partitioned into India n Pakistan. In 1971, Bangladesh secceeded from Pakistan.

In 1992-93, the two parts of Czechoslovakia agreed to each go their own way. Thus were born the Czech Republic and Slovakia after what's been named the “Velvet Divorce”., About the same time, another kind of separation occurred, of course, in Yugoslavia. This one led to a bloodshed.

in 1965, Singapore split from Malaysia for a variety of reasons, including religious (Malaysia is majority Muslim, Singapore isn't), ethnic/racial (Singapore has a very large majority Chinese population) and concerns over the Malaysian Bumiputra policy, which was (and is) basically a form of "Affirmative Action" for Muslim Malaysians - who make up the majority population in Peninsular Malaysia.

Ethiopia and Eritrea

Sudan and South Sudan are now separate countries

USSR is now broken down into several countries.

I see separation as an avenue for a healthy competition for development as the case of Singapore and Malaysia, India and Pakistan, Norway/Denmark/Switzerland.

In the case of Nigeria, I am sensing a healthy competitive development among the original component part, the North/West/East each making useful progress while competing with the others.

It is not about war after all there is nothing wrong for one to decide he is no longer comfortable with the union and therefore want to opt out.

LETS GIVE PEACE A CHANCE AND SEPARATE HONORABLY.

This is worth sharing over and over again...

-British named them Southern Rhodesia. They rejected it, restructured and renamed themselves Zimbabwe.

-British named them Northern Rhodesia. They rejected it, restructured and renamed themselves Zambia.

THE FUTILITY OF PRESERVING NIGERIA

My angry reaction earlier today on APC UK platform:

Most of the Diasporans here living in Europe. Can you show me one multi-ethnic state in Europe where one group is positioned to dominate the rest that hasn't broken up?

For those who do not know, what you call ethnic groups in Nigeria are called nations in Europe.

There's nowhere in the world where the white man accepts domination from another white man in perpetuity.

It used to be so under the Roman empire and the like. Not anymore. The Communists tried it, dividing society into capitalists and proletariats, deluding themselves that ethnicity is effectively swept under the carpet, but what followed? The Communist edifices in Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, and the big brother, USSR, all collapsed, while the two Germans that are ethnically the same but split by communism vs capitalism were reunited. Such is the power of ethnic nationalism.

Czechoslovakia was made up of two ethnic groups,  the Czech and the Slovakians. Both separated peacefully on 1st January 1993. The former is today 10.6 million people and the latter 5.4 million. Added together,  they're not up to Lagos. Yet, they split for peace. Two masters can't be in the same house.

Yugoslavia in 1991 was 23.2 million, barely more than Lagos population. It broke into six countries same year - all along ethnic lines, namely: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia.

Then the big brother, USSR. It had, at least, the following ethnic groups identified by their languages:

Regional languages:

Ukrainian

Belarusian

Uzbek

Kazakh

Georgian

Azerbaijani

Lithuanian

Moldavian

Latvian

Kyrgyz

Tajik

Armenian

Turkmen

Estonian

Minority languages:

Abkhaz

Bashkir

Buryat

Chechen

Finnish

Volga German

Korean

Ossetian

Tatar

& various others.

Today, your fingers will not be enough to count the number of countries that have emerged from the USSR.

Sit down there and be preaching unity in Nigeria as if you're the kindest gentleman on earth while you have no solution to the genocide in Southern Kaduna, the illegal but officially condoned arms in the hands of killer herdsmen roaming the country, and be condemning those better informed about the fact that the country is undergoing the strains of a forced union and should be peacefully restructured or let people go their separate ways.

In Europe, the two best examples of fairly stable multi-ethnic states are the UK and Switzerland.  The former is led by reasonable men who permitted regional autonomy to the Irish, the Scots and the Welsh, while the English dominate Westminster. That's something some of us are asking for, but you're fighting against it in your own country wracked by ethnic crisis. Your own people are better off under oppression of fellow black men because your people have bad leaders who can't do better than their new internal colonisers.

The latter country, Switzerland, has four ethnic groups. Each of them rotates the presidency annually through seven cantons that constitute the federation units. All the four languages of the four ethnic groups are recognized as official languages and school languages to boot, namely: German, French, Italian, and Romansch that has just a few thousand speakers!

There's nowhere in the world where the Caucasians allow the domination of their group by another.

In Canada, Quebec is the only full French-speaking province, aside a little section of New Brunswick.  The other seven provinces are English-speaking.  Yet, Canada is bilingual for the sake of Quebec! And each of the provinces is largely self-governing.

Here we are in Nigeria,  you have people arguing vehemently that a decrepit,  structurally-flawed, and crisis-prone artificial contraption badly configured by the British only needs good people to survive. Why not centralise the powers of the British regions to London and see what happens?

My Conclusion:

When many commentators read and repost  or share your articles  with many of their friends and contacts, they do so because they want others to learn.

Just for our record

The North Has enough land for ranching and cattle colony.

We in the South West have little land mass. PLEASE LET US BE; LEAVE US ALONE TO MANAGE THE LITTLE LAND WE HAVE

 *GLOBAL CATTLE BUSINESS: FACT SHEET*

*A*. Top 10 NATIONS in terms of cattle inventory (2017).

5. EU 89 million.

6. ARGENTINA 53 million

7. AUSTRALIA 27 million

8. RUSSIA 18 million

9. MEXICO 16 million

10. TURKEY 14 million.

*B*. TOP 10 MILK EXPORTERS

1. NEW ZEALAND  $4.4 Billion

2. GERMANY  $2.6 Billion

4. FRANCE  $1.5 Billion

5. USA  $1.4 Billion

6. BELGIUM  $1.2 Billion

7. AUSTRALIA  $852 Million

8. BELARUS  $637 Million

9. UK $569 Million

10. SAUDI ARABIA  $556 Million

*C*. TOP 10 BEEF EXPORTING NATIONS (2016).

6. IRELAND  $2 Billion

7. NEW ZEALAND  $1.9 Billion

8. CANADA  $1.5 Billion

9. URUGUAY  $1.4 Billion

10. GERMANY  $1.3 Billion

*Additional Considerations*:

1. Nigeria is not among the top 20 nations in the global cattle business.

2. Non of the top cattle producing nations create cattle colonies or engage in primitive cattle grazing. All the top cattle producing and exporting nations utilise  modern technology and ranching methods to maximise production and profit.

3. Non of the top nations earning billions of dollars annually from the cattle business condone the killing of citizens for cattle.

4. Nigeria's cattle business requires a complete re-think now and not later, for posterity's sake.
