Labour Party governorship candidate in these 2023 elections, Hon. Tawfiq Tayo Akinwale campaign train Wednesday October 19, 2022, stormed Oyo State Capital, Monatan Market as well as the Mosque located around the Market.
The LP candidate and his team continued to reach out to the residents of Oyo state preaching his SIMPLE agenda to the populace.
The Market women joyfully received, danced and rejoiced with Hon. Tawfiq Tayo Akinwale who was tagged by the market men and women as God sent at this tough time. Prayers were also offered in the market.
They described Labour Party as the escape route out of the untold hardship in the country.
Meanwhile, the League of Imams and other Islam faithful also received Hon. Tawfiq Tayo Akinwale at the Monatan Mosque where the leading candidate is a household name. He was welcomed warmly and the clerics prayed fervently for his victory.
Akinwale, during the campaign tour rolled out his manifesto and further showed his administrative experience.
