We DECRIED here with heavy heart, the murder of Amotekun Commandant, an industrous son and defender of our region and others shoot dead by the animal in the human clothing called Customs yesterday night. This so called Customs officers have caused terrible havoc yesterday and left many family in pains and tears. We know surely the Custom officers will deny their barbaric act but yet the truth will always prevail. We know Our so called Leaders doesn't have the reputation of standing up for the weak and vulnerable. Yet we won't keep mute in the face of adversity to watch our people being slaughtered like cow. Those vampires who murdered our Amotekun Commandant and others in cold blood in the late hours of yesternight must not sleep in peace again.
Undear Nigeria Customs Service, all in the name of running after smugglers, you choosed to put the whole region in disarray and pandemonium yesternight, just as you have always often and often, then go scot free as usual. We believe you are now very much happy to have killed our people because of your stomach infrastructure. On a normal circumstances, you aren't worth in the midst of human beings not to talk of wearing the Uniform and badge of this great nation.
We here urge the Oyo State Government, The Inspector General of Police and Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service to look into this ugly incident that occurred in our land yesterday with immediacy and let justice prevail to avoid the peaceful Students and youths of our dear region being pushed to the extreme wall. We must step to the plate of equity and justice to unravel yesternight ugly incident. The blood of all deceased seeks for justice. Oyo State Governor should be highly interested, likewise The Oyo State 9th Assembly should thoroughly investigate the show of shame displayed by The Nigeria Customs Service yesternight. Ibarapaland is not a jungle that must be abandoned to hoodlums in uniform.
