A Nigerian Mrs. Sajo Okeowo from Owo was kidnapped on the way to Minna on Thursday and has been with the kidnappers since then. The audio of their negotiating conversation with their leader was uploaded to the Whatsapp social media requesting for any advice.
She and many others are in the dens of kidnapers, bandits and Boko Haram Terrorists across the country.
On Mrs Okeowo's case as usual in the country, Kidnapers are happily negotiating ransom on their victims using our national telecommunication system just like that?
The country is finished.
It’s unfortunate and awkward that kidnappers will be using communication gadgets to communicate with victims relative and Nigeria security agencies will not be able to track the communications radius and nip the criminals in their hideout
We do more harm to ourselves than the kidnappers because technology should have make this type of transaction to be difficult but bureaucracy and lack of seal has deprived Nigeria the requisite development it deserves from political leaders.
Those agitating to leave the demise of a country can validly be said to have good grounds to do so.
