The African Action Congress (AAC) has said it's presidential candidate in 2019 general elections Omoyele Sowore must not be killed as the FG plan to arrest or kill the activist leaked on Wednesday.
The party in a statement said it is very clearer now more than ever that we are in the era of new Abachas who are desperate with no regards for the constitution and the fundamental rights of Nigerians.
Confirming this position, the AAC chairman in Oyo State Comrade Ogunlana Rotimi Jacob said the leadership of the party is well aware of the APC led federal government plan to attack and assassinate the publisher of Sahara Reporters. He wanrned that such plan will only distablised the the country totally.
Comrade Dele Abiola said the sole reason that Sowore name was not included among the alleged sponsors and promoters of EndSars movement by the Major General Muhammadu Buhari led tyrant government was because if the series of plans that are are in place against him.
" Any attempt to further arrest or assassinate him will be an open invitation to violent Revolution and anarchy in the land", he said.
Rotimi said the misshandling of Ensars protest and the evil attempts by the ruling cabals to crush the opposing voices against the nor performance of the Buhari government will inevitably plunge the country into more unrest.
Mr Omoyele Sowore who's the convener of RevolutionNow movement has in tweets confirmed the purported plans to get ride of him by any means possible within 24hours as a bounty placed on his head.
