In 2005, Ayandoye became the state organizing secretary for the defunct ANPP in Oyo State.
In 2006, Ayandoye joined other politicians across Nigeria led by the then Sokoto State Governor Alh. Attahiru Bafarawa to dump ANPP and form Democratic Peoples Party (DPP) Nigeria.
Also in 2006, Ayandoye became the pioneer secretary to Oyo State Chapter of DPP. Also in 2006, Ayandoye was appointed the Secretary national verification and contact committee chaired by Senator Gbenga Aluko of Democratic Peoples Party (DPP).
*Also in 2006, Ayandoye was appointed the secretary party presidential primary Subcommittee at the national convention of DPP Eagle Square Abuja.
In 2007, Ayandoye contested oyo north senate and lost to Senator Gbenga Babalola.
In 2008, Ayandoye became the chief of staff Irepo LG administration of Akala PDP govt. in Oyo State. Also in 2008, Ayandoye published the millemum secret in chemistry for schools and colleges still in circulation up till today across west Africa schools.
In 2011, Ayandoye contested house of Rep election in the party DPP and won a legal battle that ensued therefrom as presided over by justice Frank Nwisu of the Federal court of appeal at the Oyo State National Assembly election petition tribunal but lost in the re-run.
In 2012, Ayandoye became the national organizing secretary DPP Nigeria. Also in 2012, He became the pioneer president of a club in Oke Ogun. Oke Ogun integrity assembly (OIA) at formation and designed what he called Oke-Ogun Anthem for the organization.
Early 2014, he became the national vice chairman DPP in Nigeria.
Late 2014, he resigned his party office as national vice chairman and became the flag-bearer for Democratic Peoples Party DPP To Contest Oyo State Governorship Election of 2015 and lost to Sntr. Abiola Ajimobi of APC
Also in 2015, he became the chairman board of trustees to Rennissans Progressive Initiative (RPI) Nigeria.
Same 2015, as a practicing Muslim he was turbaned the Asiwaju Adini of Alyushrah Islamic foundation Ikeja Lagos.
Ayandoye. up till Date is the grand patrom of Students Democratic forum (SDF) Oyo State.
Ayandoye owns a private business and he is the chief executive officer (CEO) at AJITON INVESTMENTS
In 2016, Ayandoye was appointed the Director General DAN MUSA PRESIDENTAL CAMPAIGN ORGANIZATION IN NIGERIA.
In 2018, Ayandoye joined other politicians Led by Senator Saiddu Dan Saddau to form National Rescue movement (NRM) party in Nigeria.
In 2019, Ayandoye contested for Oyo State Governorship Election NRM Platform and lost to Governor Seyi Makinde of PDP
Happily married with children as he has travelled far and wide.
Ayandoye won a lot of awards within and outside Nigeria amongst which is His Doctorate award of 2017 tagged Doctor of science in African Political strategies as designed and awarded by American Trinity University, California, USA in Honour of his Political courage and skillfulness.
