Nigeria: COVID-19 spreads to 21 states and FCT as confirmed cases top 600 with 21 deaths

With Eighty-six new cases of #COVID19 been reported in Nigeria, the deadly coronavirus has spreads to 21 states and FCT out of 36 states of the federation.

According to the Nigeria's NCDC, Lagos state has the highest number of confirmed cases and death toll.

The latest 86 cases reported are:
‪70 in Lagos‬
‪7 in FCT‬
‪3 in Katsina‬
‪3 in Akwa Ibom‬
‪1 in Jigawa‬
‪1 in Bauchi‬
‪1 in Borno‬

‪As at 11:50 pm 19th April there are 627 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria.‬

As of April 19th, more than 2.38 million cases have been reported worldwide, with the death toll exceeding 165,600 and recoveries over 611,700, according to data compiled by the U.S.-based Johns Hopkins University.
