Zero new coronavirus infections in China today outside Wuhan

Zero new coronavirus infections in all of China today apart from Wuhan city as overseas arrivals in the official figures. 

Today 19 new cases include 17 in Wuhan, plus 1 arrival in Beijing from the UK and 1 arrival in Guangdong from overseas have been recorded so far.
