COVID-19: Buhari orders total Shutdown FCT, Lagos and Ogun states as the African Country recorded 97 confirmed cases of the Pandemic Virus

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered a two-week shut down of all activities and movements in Abuja which is the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and other two states of Lagos, and Ogun in the south western part of the country.

Buhari also ordered the payment of two- month conditional cash transfers to those considered the most vulnerable in society, even as those in internally displaced persons (IDP) camps will be be provided with two months food rations.
