Nigerian Odion Ighalo became the 200th player to make an appearance for Manchester Utd in the Premier League, and the first Nigerian to do so.
As the new signing Odion Ighalo comes on the pitch, he becomes the seventh African and first Nigerian player to feature for Manchester United.

Ighalo becomes the first Nigerian to play for Manchester United. #AFCON2019 top scorer’s pro career has taken him from Julius Berger to Manchester United via Lyn Oslo, Udinese, Granada, Watford, Changchun Yatai and Shanghai Shenhua.

For his #MUFC debut, he replaced @AnthonyMartial as the match enter stoppage time.
Other six African players that have played for Man Utd are Ivorian Eric Bailly , Cameroonian Eric Djemba-Djemba, Senegalese Mame Biram Diouf , Angolan Manucho (Mateus Alberto Contreiras Gonçalves) , South African Quinton Fortune and Ivorian Wilfred Zaha

It was an amazing 3 points against a really tough opponent as Manchester United FC defeated Chelsea FC 2:0.

Nigerian Striker managed as many shots on target in #CHEMUN as the entire Chelsea team combined (1).
