Insurgency: Nigeria inducts Combat and Power Gunship Helicopters into the service of Air Force

Two Agusta 109E (M) Power Gunship Helicopters, Mi-171 E Combat Helicopter as NAF 581, NAF 578 and NAF 579 were inducted into the service of Nigerian Airforce today at the Eagle Square in Abuja, The Nigerian Capital.

Under Major Gen Buhari's administration, the Nigerian Air Force has procured and inducted 22 fighter air-crafts and helicopter gunships.

17 additional aircrafts are STILL expected.

Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday officially inducted two Agusta 109E (M) Power Gunship Helicopters, Mi-171 E Combat Helicopter as NAF 581, NAF 578 and NAF 579 into the service at the Eagle Square.

NAF is deploying them in the fight against banditry and terrorism in the country's restive regions.

Nigerians and the presidency are fully aware that the insurgency, banditry, and many other insecurity and socio-economic challenges have overwhelmed the Buhari led administration.  Both on Job creations and combating insecurity, the government has so far failed to deliver as promised before 2015 general elections.

Wining the last election was never on Buhari's merit.
