The bill sponsored by Ibrahim Gaidam of Yobe East Senatorial District, was read for the first time on the floor of the Senate on Thursday.
There have been concerns among Nigerians bout how Major Gen. Buhari led administration has allegedly released and absorbed some of the so called repentant Boko Hrama terrorists into the army and some back in the society which may have fulled the continuous terrorist attacks leading int more lost of lives that ever.
Nigerian must be vigilant about and speak out against the policy and programs of this administration that respected the terrorists but incarcerating the genuine civil agitators for good governance with government disobedient to the rules of laws and lack of respect for the fundamental rights of the individuals.
