(1) That we REJECT the kangaroo judgement giving to our formal secretary Leonard Ezenwa because we were not part of the purported Illegal NEC meeting which gave him recognition in the first instance
(2) That we also reject the ruling of a Federal High court which recognized Leonard as Acting chairman of our Party because there is no proviso for acting in our constitution
(3) That we demand the CTC of the said judgement that was taking away by the said Judge with the intention to alter it because the Honorable Justice look at mere technicalities and neglected the MERIT and perverted Justice
(4) That Leonard planned convention sometimes soon is illegal as he (Leonard) is not known to any law in Nigeria as stipulated by INEC
(5) That any Wike sponsored solidarity rally in support of Leonard and other usurpers anywhere in the country shall be met with stiff resistance as plans are already on to intimate all securities agencies on how Leonard impersonated State Chairmen in his purported illegal NEC meeting of 25th May, 2019
Based on the forgoing, all state Chairmen have concluded plans on physical meeting with the National Executive Council of our Party AAC ably led by OMOYELE SOWORE on the 27th&28th of July 2019 in a yet TBD venue
NB: The Judgement Leonard and his sponsors got from a Federal High Court in Abuja does not make him our Party AAC National Chaimam. Hence, anybody dealing with him on that basis is doing so at his/her own risk
